Canon picked AMD for its Free Viewpoint Video System as the latter’s solution is set to reshape viewing experiences live sporting broadcasts and webcasts with machine learning video-processing technologies. Sporting venues are expected to deploy the solution across multiple events, AMD explained in a statement.
