For instance, in Unity, the Oculus Utilities plugin is the same for PC, Go and GearVR. Furthermore, being the controllers of the Rift and the Quest almost identical, every game made for Rift can be ported with Quest with just few clicks (on Unity it is only a matter of switching Build platform).
