Facebook Researchers Explore Mechanical Display Shifting to Reduce Screen Door Effect

Researchers from Facebook Reality Labs and the University of Arizona published new work exploring the use of high-speed mechanical display shifting to reduce the so-called screen-door-effect (SDE) of immersive displays.
