One of the major complains are in the controllers, whose thumbsticks do not “click” when the stick is not in upright position (and some assistance guy from Valve even defined it as a feature, lol). Other people with big hands are finding the whole Knuckles uncomfortable. Some others are finding little defects in the production quality.
