Unity now supports Vulkan for Oculus Quest. Unity has finally implemented Vulkan support for the Oculus Quest, in Unity 2019.3. Long story short, this means that using Vulkan instead of OpenGL, you may even have a +20% performances boost on your Unity apps for Quest. Vuforia won’t drop Unity support.

While I often discuss the long-term potential of AR & VR, in this article I'm reviewing Apple Vision Pro as it stands as a real product today. The Unity renderer implementation of foveated rendering, on the other hand is much rougher, and in multiple Unity apps I saw very obvious and harsh artifacts, particularly on text.
