I think that the upcoming release of Quest 3, and the increasing rumors about Samsung are going to improve our situation even more. There will be a new launcher, improved graphics, improved in-game camera, production-ready Unity SDK for the creators, improved full-body VR, and much more. Let’s all hope so. Great job, Magnopus!

The glasses are expected to run a new operating system, rOS (or reality OS), and Apple is exploring touch panels, voice activation, and head gestures as a means of control. I mean, all UE developers, we Unity developers felt like being in a party where everyone is making out and you’re just there sipping a coke. Black magic.

Reading between the lines, he has confirmed the rumors but stated that Meta will still work hard to release its AR glasses with EMG-wrist device to control them. He will stay two more months to guarantee the transition and then will definitely leave. We have a new update on the Etee controllers: they should ship in the next two months.

HTC has finally revealed the price of the Vive Pro : it will cost $799 just to have the headset (no controller and no base stations, so you must already have a Vive 1 kit) and will be available for pre-orders since April, 5th.
