Who doesn’t want to do that can still use his/her Oculus account to log in until 2023 , but he/she won’t be able to use all the social functionalities of the device (like Venues, Horizon, etc…). After 2023, the devices won’t be guaranteed to work with an Oculus login. The same on Twitter.
