If we exclude the 3D memory thing, all the rest are use cases that we can date to 2016 maybe. And the video trailer showed a guy playing with a gamepad and the Apple headset , like people playing with the Oculus CV1 at launch. 2016 or 2023? What year is it? Watching content on a giant screen is nice, but not a must-have feature.
