Yes, this one has passthrough, 4K screens, etc… but still, it’s a very old and very not-immersive use case. You can look at something while you have your headset on, record it as a 3D recording, and then re-watch it in an “immersive” way later, whenever you want. So it’s a good use case, but nothing new.

At the time, the FTC urged the US District Court for the Northern District of California to halt the transaction. The FTC said the purchase dampens future XR innovation and competitive rivalry.
