For sure, Facebook will repeat a bazillion times that they care about privacy and I think that in the beginning, this will be mostly true: we have seen with Oculus how Facebook takes its time and boils its users slowly like the famous frog, adding over time features to get more data for targeted ads. Magic Leap will meet its fate.
