Today, this solution gets finally launched, giving all Vive Focus Plus owners the possibility to play PC VR games via Wi-Fi. XR Games , the studio behind couch co-op VR game The Angry Birds Movie 2 VR: Under Pressure (2019), has secured $2 million (£1.5 million) in a recent funding round, which was led by Praetura Ventures alongside existing investor ACT Capital Partners. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Leeds, England, Angry Birds Movie 2 VR was its second VR game, coming after their first production, the Cardboard game All-Star Fruit Racing (2018).

Oculus Quest has had some big titles arrive over the past few weeks with the likes of Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series, A Fisherman’s Tale and Espire 1: VR Operative. The standalone port will feature the full game experience, albeit with downgraded visuals. I’ll be honest with you, I’m very excited for the release of Arizona Sunshine on the Oculus Quest. Despite having released all the way back in 2016–or the “The Year of VR” as I affectionately refer it — Vertigo Games’ VR zombie shooter remains one of my favorite immersive experiences to date.
