iQiYi , something akin to the Netflix of China, has just launched its new standalone VR headset: it is called QiYu 3 (??3, It also features a big library of video content (thanks to iQiYi main business) and a catalog of seriously good VR games like Arizona Sunshine, Swarm, Mercenary: Silicon Rising, Zombieland: Headshot Fever.

2018 also saw the release of Arizona Sunshine LB VR Edition , a location-based version of Vertigo Games’ 2016 VR smash-hit, Arizona Sunshine. Anyone who’s experienced high-end VR can tell you, having the ability to lean, duck, and move in VR can make-or-break an experience.

As I forecasted you last week, Lenovo has launched its new headset in China: the Legion VR 700. It features the store by iQiYi , and this makes it launch together with games like Fruit Ninja and Arizona Sunshine. This doesn’t surprise me because in China many people told me that they were waiting for Oppo to make a move with a VR headset. The available titles are very famous VR games of the past like Fallout 4 VR and Arizona Sunshine and some new games like Cave Digger 2 and Unplugged.

Nikk Mitchell, the great guy with which I made this review of the Huawei 6DOF glasses , has made a review video about the consumer Pico Neo 3 that is on sale in China. In his video, it seems that the Pico Neo 3 is exactly what we would expect, that is a good clone of the Oculus Quest 2. It is again the time to give to Lord Gaben your money!
