Magic Leap Reportedly Exploring The Possibility Of $10 Billion Sale

Once valued at $8 billion, sources say the AR start-up is now seeking an acquirer. Magic Leap is reportedly working closely with a financial advisor on exploring options to keep the doors of the AR startup open. According to a recent Bloomberg report, the AR company would either form a new partnership that would hand over the equity of the company or possibly sell off a significant stake of the company ahead of listing.

‘Tilt Brush’ Update Adds Direct Sketchfab Export Function

Tilt Brush (2016), the VR art app from Google, now has the ability to directly export VR creations to Sketchfab , the popular online repository for 3D models. Tilt Brush has had the ability to import from Sketchfab for some time now, although the process of exporting has been manual. The Tilt Brush team says in a Steam update that uploading to Sketchfab works similarly to uploading to Google Poly, its own 3D model repository, calling it an “equal combination of easy and fancy.” ?
