A leaked image from the Oculus team shows that the company is working to implement body tracking inside the Oculus Unity SDK. Microsoft is keeping pursuing AR, and in fact, part of the resources that were devoted to HoloLens 3 are now dedicated to what is known as project Bondi, which is the AR glasses that Microsoft is building with Samsung.

In my opinion , the true error is with the Vive 1 , that will get a price that is higher than the one of all the competitors… and that will cost as much as a Samsung Odyssey, notwithstanding its far lower features. The SDK offers native APIs, but also supports popular game engines like Unity and Unreal 4.

Yeah, the 3D model of the trainer seems taken from the Unity Asset Store… Samsung has not talked about the glasses, not even revealing the name, or the specifications.

We are at the same level of Vive Focus or Vive Pro… probably the display is the same made by Samsung. This is the same chip of the Samsung S8 and it is not the latest available for VR: Qualcomm has already released the 845 VR reference design. Another brand I’m very curious about is Samsung : sooner or later, it should announce something, either in VR or in AR. Samsung has always released interesting products (think about the GearVR or the Odyssey), and it would be cool for it to release a standalone headset with mixed reality features.
