Actually, the first launch has happened in China with the Vive Focus at the end of 2017, but we had the full development of the ecosystem now. In my opinion , the true error is with the Vive 1 , that will get a price that is higher than the one of all the competitors… and that will cost as much as a Samsung Odyssey, notwithstanding its far lower features. But we also know that when in VR, most people just look forward with their eyes. Vive Focus comes to the west.

A Bluetooth-enabled controller is what sets the Daydream HMD apart from other current smartphone-powered VR headsets (the Samsung Gear VR is really the only true competitor in this quality tier, distinctly above a Cardboard-style headset). Although not as robust as the HTC Vive controllers, the wand-like controller is easy to use… and fun.
