When you first put it on you’re told to hold the top button, and you feel (and see a visualization of) the lenses moving horizontally to align with your eyes. Pico Neo 3 Pro, and its sibling Pico Neo 3 Pro Eye (featuring eye-tracking), are the latest enterprise headsets by Pico. I have found no way to use hand tracking or passthrough AR in the SDK documentation. Pico Neo 3 Pro costs €600 and Pico Neo 3 Pro Eye (which features Tobii eye-tracking) costs €750.
