We’ve been investing in it since 2014. I ended up at Valve Software running their hardware department, putting the team together that created the HTC Vive. Jeri, at Valve they did have that sort of choice point, and they chose to do Steam VR and get behind the HTC Vive. GB: Magic Leap is a big presence in the AR discussion.

This year was awesome for VR gaming, but 2019 is looking even brighter with a slew of highly polished titles coming to PSVR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. We don’t know much about gameplay mechanics yet, but it’s possible the Magic Leap One release of Angry Birds: FPS – First Person Slingshot may hold some answers.
