These are all very positive news for VR: the technology is slowly getting adoption and while not mainstream yet, I agree with Zuck that in 1–2 years we’ll start getting there. Our brain is very plastic and the BCI could trigger the right parts of the brain so that you feel haptic sensations on 6 fingers if your avatar has 6 fingers.
