I used VR to lose over 50 pounds (23kg, AN) in the past year , and I’ve also used it to build social connections that later became real friendships at Oculus Connect 5 last month. I started playing VR games like SUPERHOT and Echo Arena for exercise in October 2017, when I was going through a deep bout of depression and illness.
