All-in-one VR headsets are set to become a reality by the end of the year, and Samsung has finally revealed its take on the concept. It also suggested the headset can support 4K resolution at 75fps and Wide Quad High Definition (WQHD) at 90fps. This Korean company confirmed it is implementing eye-tracking into the reference design.

It became pretty viral the news that Apple does not want developers to define their apps as AR, VR, or MR, but just as “spatial” when writing the store definitions. This Face Tracking add-on magnetically attaches to the facial interface of the device, and it adds to it both eye tracking and face tracking.

Samsung Gear VR expected 3.5 As of January 2016, Google Cardboard has shipped over 5 million units. As they say, content is king, and in virtual reality this is definitely an area seeing growing pains. Fove has created an eye-tracking headset, which other headset manufacturers may seek to include in future iterations.
