Some days ago, I found an article on Futurism talking about a university in France able to create the “first smart contact lens” The article also talked about Augmented Reality and the interest of the DARPA for using this product. HoloLens 2 are already used by the military in the US (Image by Microsoft).

All these data can be very precious for many research centers and industries (just think about how heart rate could be used to verify how calm you can be during a dangerous situation), and so this headset will surely be bought by many companies. The consumer store also features good VR games like Superhot VR, Red Matter, and Synth Riders.

Even the big players like Sony, Apple, and Microsoft have substantially reduced their production estimates for 2022, whilst processor manufacturers talk of delays into 2024. It was enjoyable moving my controller around and seeing the reaction in the IMU data, or obscuring different sensors to see the data stream drop out. .
