But it’s difficult to find in North America. The strap isn’t quite as comfortable as on some alternative devices, like the Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest Pro. The controllers are pretty comfortable to use, too, although they do feel very similar to the Quest 2’s controller, with their included tracking rings.

Pico 4 isn't sold in North America though, amid reported regulatory scrutiny of TikTok. We recently reported that Pico was shifting the majority of its content funding from controllers to controller-free hand tracking content. We'll have updates as soon as we learn more.

Top news of the week (Image by Apple) Apple Vision Pro may be out in January According to the latest report on Bloomberg, Apple is still on track to release the Apple Vision Pro at the beginning of this year. The upgraded Pico 4 should bring ringless controllers and maybe some refresh of the specifications.

PS Remember that there is an ongoing giveaway of physical copies of the Sam&Max game for PSVR for all people in North America! But unluckily, their tracking performance was bad, especially for what concerns controllers, the manufacturing quality was debatable, and especially Microsoft never invested enough into dedicated content.

According to industry professional Cesar Berardini, the upcoming Apple headset may have a monster display: 4000PPI and 120 frame per seconds of framerate.
