According to the Taiwan Stock Exchange, HTC will halt trading of its stock as of September 21st, pending an unknown announcement from the company, reports Bloomberg. A booklet put together by Valve to mark Steam Deck’s availability in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong indicates VR headsets using Steam will “soon” have Steam Deck’s user interface. Valve is bringing the Steam Deck’s user interface to VR headsets.

Today at Computex 2017, the annual IT expo held in Taipei, Taiwan, Microsoft revealed more from their line-up of affordable Windows ‘Mixed Reality’ headsets, including Asus’ headset and an updated design from Dell. Microsoft says that a staggering 20,000 UWP apps are already available for Mixed Reality headsets.

The Mirage Solo is already currently available in the special economic and administrative zones of Hong Kong for HK $3,200 (~$400) and Taiwan for NT $15,000 (~$480). The 3C certification, as shown by Yivian , denotes the headset’s product marking VR-1541F , the same model number specified for both the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

But in the enterprise space, it has always been behind the competition of companies like HTC or Pico. The device is exactly the same and there are no hardware differences, but I guess that they have different ROMs that should be flashed directly from Facebook , and this is pretty difficult to guarantee.
