And for these reasons, Pico has been bought by Bytedance in 2021 … a move that many compared to the acquisition of Oculus by Facebook.

Facebook gets sued for monopolization in US and Germany. The actions coming from the US are not much related to VR and Oculus, but mostly to the social space.
