I’m here to attend the WCVRI , a very big event about Virtual Reality in China, where I am exhibiting HitMotion: Reloaded , the mixed reality fitness game of my agency New Technology Walkers ( contact us if you need some VR development!). All the other major companies (Samsung, Huawei, etc…) are working on AR and Apple for sure can’t stop experimenting with if it doesn’t want to miss the next communication platform as Microsoft did with Windows Phone. A new job listing points out to the fact that Oculus is planning to integrate eye tracking in its next devices.

This is of course not required for the Secure edition It is possible to add Ultraleap hand tracking for +499€. The tiny dots that you see are the LEDs for eye tracking The FOV was larger than usual (e.g. The lenses of the device. larger than Quest) and this is good for enhancing immersion.

They teased a lot of interesting features and services of the device, and left the remaining technical details to some technical sheets on Microsoft website. But Microsoft, thanks to innovative 2K displays, has managed to keep the same high-quality pixel density of the HoloLens 1, that is 47 PPD (pixels per degree). Resolution.
