A report from the Wall Street Journal, which claims to have had access to an internal document from Meta, states that the device has actually sold quite ok, having reached 300,000 shipped units , which is not bad for a new niche product. I mean, if Apple CEO finds this device useful, I think it’s a hell of an endorsement.

Going into 2019, the industry eagerly awaits HoloLens 2 and Glass Enterprise Edition 2, as rumors swirl around the possibility of AR glasses from Apple and/or Facebook in the near future.
