This has been a pretty interesting week for me, having spoken at XR Safety Week and Stereopsia, and having published two cool articles about creating innovative SteamVR controllers and using Application SpaceWarp in Unity to almost double the framerate of your application. This week has been pretty crazy: It all started with Facebook approving my silly The Unity Cube application (an application with just a cube) on App Lab. The stocks of the headset are becoming empty on its main stores (Oculus website, Lenovo online store, Amazon US, etc…) and Facebook has stated that “it won’t replenish them”.
