In the end, it has not been Apple or Facebook, but Snap to make its first move in the AR glasses space. At the end of its latest conference, the company behind Snapchat has announced its fourth generation of Spectacles glasses, the first one featuring real-time AR. Not the most useful of smartglasses. Kudos to Snap for it.

Delta Reality was also nominated in the same category for The Metaverse Park and was up for Best Enterprise Solution and Best in Location-Based Entertainment.

It’s been a true emotion to launch the game in Shenzhen, China as probably the first mixed reality fitness game. While the other titles were all in virtual reality, HitMotion exploited a plugin that we of NTW created ourselves to exploit the front cameras of the Focus to offer passthrough augmented reality.
