Extended reality education firm EON Reality Inc announced on Sunday its partnership with Axelrod Holdings to launch its EON Metaverse Builder platform in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Asia-Pacific. The solution will also allow users to develop metaverse content and immersive experience with little to no technical skills.

Business leaders gathered at this year’s Seattle based IMMERSE Summit ( previously Sea VR ) to explore how VR/ AR and Mixed Reality is transforming manufacturing, design, education, health and medicine and much more. With HoloLens and Magic Leap we’ve seen a broadening of the conference to include augmented reality as well.

Zappar’s Zapbox , DigiLens’ ARGO , Sony’s PlayStation VR 2 , the Magic Leap 2 , XREAL (previously Nreal) Air , and the Varjo XR 3 Focal Edition were all in the running, but the prize went to the HTC VIVE XR Elite. The runners-up and grand prize winners were announced in the categories Optimize, Educate, Visualize, and Replace.
