The collaboration between Microsoft and Samsung is now over. Some months ago, some important magazines leaked that Microsoft might have abandoned the HoloLens project. According to a new leak, Microsoft scrapped the plans for a HoloLens 3, and also the collaboration with Samsung has been brought to an end. Other relevant news.

Another leak regarded the release date: an Amazon listing put the availability date of the Quest 3 starting from October, 10th. Development is taking its time, and no glass based on Micro XR is expected to hit the market before 2025. Samsung can be the first partner also on this line of products.
