As for the actual battery life, I consistently got around the 2 hours advertised, though you can connect USB-C power to the battery for indefinite use, and this is how I spent the majority of my time in Vision Pro. Horizontally it's fine, and feels roughly on par with Quest 2. And you don’t ever forget that wire.
