It is a big showcase demo for its Unreal Engine 5, and I have to say it is pretty impressive. A small team has crafted the experience that includes the quasi-realistic avatars of Neo and Trinity , and a great action scene happening in a city that is a bit bigger than Downtown Los Angeles. It is very cool.
