You can finally buy the Leap Motion v2 accessory. The time for us XR developers to buy a Leap Motion 2 has finally come. Leap Motion 1 has been used by almost every developer and researcher , both in VR and not. Yes, the price is higher than the cheap Leap Motion 1, but this is also a far better device.

Volkswagen Group is back again with yet another VR project that continues to prove just how much faith the German automaker truly has in the immersive medium. We’ve seen the company use the technology before on everything from collaborative group meetings between team members to a simulator that lets you drive an Audi in a sandbox track.

Facebook has acquired Ctrl+Labs some years ago, and now it is using its expertise to create a wristband that can sense the motion information that your brain is sending to your hands. All passers-by found interesting to hear a weird Italian guy speaking in Mandarin, so a good group of people stopped at our booth just to hear me speaking in Chinese. We asked for help to our technical partner HTC Vive, that provided us a girl, Starry, that did this as a part-time job to earn some money while she studied at University.
