The first good sign was when in Helsinki I saw that Finland has now a long-term metaverse strategy , which means that it is going to pour money into its XR ecosystem for the next 10 years at least. This way every user can have decent full body tracking without having to buy external hardware and without having to wear anything.

And talking about “cool” things (pun intended), today I’m traveling to Helsinki, Finland, where I hope to have a great time at MatchXR. But it’s not only hardware… all the stores are giving discounts, too. Italy won the Tennis Davis Cup, and that was pretty cool to see (the match between Sinner and Djokovic was just incredible).

I love some of the simple things; I remember being at a shipyard in Finland, and just using a tablet, they were showing me how they look into a new container that had been built, and how they could check what was going on, and using in an eight hour experience to make sure it was all correct. I always love trying those things out.
