I have organized a workshop in 1 week and this concert in 3 weeks, but really “don’t try this at home”, as WWE says. For a big event like the Educators in VR Summit, I would suggest at least 4 months of preparation. And all of this using Unity, the tool that I already use every day. Mind the timing.
