When it comes to HTC, most everyone’s mind is on the Vive Pro. With GDC being the last major event in Q1, hosted just a week before the end of the quarter, and given the presence of HTC at GDC in years past, it certainly seems like the appropriate place and time to reveal the price and release date of the Vive Pro, if not a delay.

The Cosmos can be what brings HTC to be successful again among developers and enthusiasts , after all the recent headsets that were always enterprise-oriented. This year was awesome for VR gaming, but 2019 is looking even brighter with a slew of highly polished titles coming to PSVR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Release date : previously late 2018, now 2019. The studio previously targeted an early 2018 release, although now it seems it’s heading towards 2019. Blood &Truth.

Oculus and HTC had been holding details surrounding Rift and Vive launch windows close to the chest, probably because they had delays to announce and need to nail down new plans. First, HTC delays the Vive until April 2016, with plans to show an updated developer kit at CES in January. In December, these plans become known.
