Object tracking : Hyperion allows the Leap Motion Controller 2 camera to track AR Markers (also known as fiducial markers) enabling tracking of any object. From the videos, it looks wonderful. For example, while holding a physical prop, such as a welding torch, the hand tracking remains robust.

And strangely, Upload VR has published this week an old video of Abrash showcasing an experiment to create in VR an environment that has the same shape of the real environment (including the real props) the user is in. And after having seen the new video announcing the beta, I am even more convinced of it.
