Someone on Reddit has found a Facebook group dedicated to Facebook Horizon that features as header image what seems a screenshot from the application, a screenshot that we have never seen. Magic Leap raises other $350M. It seems a product studied for some military and government agencies… very little but profitable niches.

The startup is pretty new, in fact, and its owner group is Megadodo, another unknown company that is working on an MMO game about which is difficult to find any information. And while China always moves chaotically, I think that the push of the government is helping its VR companies. Sony will give PS4 camera adapters for PS5 for free.

Bytedance has huge money, has behind it a powerful and rich government, can sell its headsets in China, and so it has all the means it needs to compete with Meta. We brought the real-life tax system to the metaverse… and not even a lightweight one, but the Italian one where you have to give 50% of what you earn to the government.

Most people know Xu due to his dispute with American virtual reality company Magic Leap. In June 2019, Magic Leap accused Xu of stealing AR glasses technology when he was an engineer working at the firm.
