I wrote a review on Magic Leap One because my friend (and ex partner ) Gianni made me try it. As you can see, only 22% of VR games are profitable now or in the short term. Licensing your game to LBVR can give you extra cash in the west, while in China you must be very careful about piracy and people not paying the licenses.
