Mexico Celebrates First VR Festival in Latin America

Last month, more than 1,200 people participated in VR Fest MX , Mexico’s first international virtual reality festival, the first of its kind in Latin America and Spain. Mattel used the event to unveil its VR View-Master in Mexico, while Samsung and Unity were also some of the event’s main sponsors.

(PS Remember that there is an ongoing giveaway of physical copies of the Sam&Max game for PSVR for all people in North America! For this reason, even if across the years some good headsets came out from that ecosystem, like the Samsung Odyseey+, the platform never took off. Microsoft in the end has decided to deprecate it.
