The project is carried on by Microsoft which was given the monster contract of $22B to create this device by modifying its HoloLens glasses. The next step is about trying to integrate the glasses with cloud services, something about which Microsoft is a worldwide leader thanks to Azure. I will leave you the link to do that below.
