I have preordered mine immediately : I have taken a 32GB model for 219€ (this is the price here in Italy… in the US it is $199). And then, I remember well when Mary Lou Jepsen said that at Oculus R&D she worked on a functional AR/VR glass with 180° FOV, eye-tracking and foveated rendering.
