I think the three-degrees-of-freedom [3Dof] sets — like the Go and the Samsung Gear VR before it — are very well-suited for video viewing, that sort of thing. They’re much more distributable than the standard Oculus Rift or HTC Vive, which has to be hooked up to a PC. So, office buildings, your house, or wherever.
