Alan: I wonder if you could do a combination of putting ARCore and ARKit capabilities, mixed with GPS, mixed with the Magic Leap, to give it all in one.

So if I were to make a pitch to developers, the difference between this and something like a Magic Leap is number one, you didn't purchase it just for XR.
