I’ve used my eyes to interact with a virtual world before, but startup Neurable just enhanced that experience by reading my thoughts too. At SIGGRAPH this week the Boston-based startup is showing its modified HTC Vive which include EEG ( Electroencephalography ) sensors along the interior of the headstrap.

I just went to PAX East on Friday, up in Boston. As I’m thinking back to it now, this was actually on HTC VIVE — first gen, which was only maybe 3, 4 years ago now — and I was so impressed with the first generation of hardware that I was like, “well, this is ready for prime time.” I was my first PAX event.
