We’re a long ways off from that and it won’t happen with the first generation Apple Vision Pro. I can only begin to imagine the possibilities and Apple is currently feeding developers kits at $3,500 each to build what’s in their imaginations.

February 2024 is here, and this month marked the end of a long, long wait for Apple’s Vision Pro. Apple has already sold 200,000 devices in the first week, which is impressive. However, the optics are positive for now in terms of enterprise and consumer XR markets. “They make technology easier to use,” Jay remarked.

Of course it also has telepresence, so you could be virtually present in a place like Egypt – not in real time, but in space and simulation.
