I’m happy that the technology is helping these people in having a life with higher quality and I can only wish Cognixions good luck for the future. Apple continues its investments in AR.

VR is growing every month, and is running towards mainstream adoption as all dead technologies do. 5-10 years Believable haptics? He’s working hard on it… Anduril is a company that works on AI patrolling of the US-Mexico borders just to create the technology to repair the Oculus Rift CV1. 5-10 years AR Cloud?

I think this reflects this moment of virtual reality, where the technology is taking more time than expected to become widespread and so people have started doubting about its potential. And it is only available for Apple devices because you can’t use tablets with ARCore. That’s a very cool news.
