Microsoft has conducted a study on thousands of people, to design a device that can fit a lot of different heads of different people and that is also able to accommodate glasses. The new HoloLens features: Eye tracking Full hands tracking (a la Leap Motion) Voice commands understanding. Really kudos to them. Enterprise services.
