In his video, it seems that the Pico Neo 3 is exactly what we would expect, that is a good clone of the Oculus Quest 2. There is also a companion app (another thing copied from Oculus), through which you can buy the games (of course connected with Alipay and WeChat pay). He’s most probably talking about the Oculus Quest 2 Pro.
