In a future update, Meta will use the tracking cameras to track the full body of the user and provide a decent estimation of the pose of the torso, the elbows, and the arms, and a simulated pose for the legs. Yes, the Quest 3 will be able to provide some sort of very rough full-body tracking , which is great for social VR experiences.

Varjo XR-4 is on sale for enterprises, but the company has also opened up a waiting list for interested consumers (especially simulator fans, I guess). But things on the consumers’ side may not be going as well: according to some data scrapped from Amazon, the Quest 2 outsold the Quest 3 by a factor of 3:1 in the last 30 days.

The stocks of the headset are becoming empty on its main stores (Oculus website, Lenovo online store, Amazon US, etc…) and Facebook has stated that “it won’t replenish them”.
